Ahmed Masood, A.P.H.

Advanced Practitioner of Homeopathy

Biography

Mr. Ahmed Masood is a therapist and homeopathic practitioner who believes in holistic systems of medicine as his healing art. He is ardent and keen in the field of homeopathy. Masood is certified to prescribe remedies according to his A.P.H. Advance Practitioner of Homeopathy License awarded by Nevada State Board of Homeopathic Medical Examiners in August 2011. Under state law and for oversight, Robert Eslinger, D.O. H.M.D. is our current supervising physician stationed in Reno.

Mr. Masood studied the basics of homeopathy from Robert Field, R.S. Hom. (N.A.), C.T. Hom., A.P.H. (NV) at the Resonance School of Homeopathy, Reno, NV. Mr. Field was the main instructor and chancellor of R.S.H. It was very enlightening for for Ahmed Masood to learn the current state of homeopathy.

Ahmed is an avid reader of old Homeopathic Medical Journals uploaded to public archives online. Journals are his real mentors and guides for a classical Hahnemannian Homeopathy. Some of these journals include The American Homoeopathic Review, The British Journal of Homoeopathy, The Hahnemannian Monthly, The Homoeopathic Physician, and The Philadelphia Journal of Homoeopathy. Above all, Mr. Masood’s favorites are Adolph Lippe’s last journal and The Organon.

It is Ahmed’s adoration for Adolph Lippe that brought homeopathy to Las Vegas.

Continuing Lippe’s legacy in homeopathy

After reading Lippe’s journals, Ahmed Masood had found a mentor. Lippe was a great American homeopath who practiced from 1838 to 1888 in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The way he understood and applied the laws of Hahnemannian Homeopathy was unlike any other homeopathic practitioner. Lippe has published over 3,800 pages pages of articles on homeopathy.

In 1878 Lippe wrote, “The perpetuity and perpetual development of the homeopathic healing art depend upon the adoption of principles and the discarding of the ever varying opinions of men. We must be governed by infallible principles, and not by the opinions of fallible men.” It is Ahmed Masood’s adoration for Adolph Lippe that keeps him going in the field of homeopathy.

Besides Adolph Lippe, Mr. Masood’s three other contemporary teachers are Dr. André Saine of the Canadian Academy of Homeopathy, George Dimitriadis of the Hahnemann Institute Sydney, Australia and American physician Dr. David Little, who permanently lives in India. These three are top notch contemporary homeopaths and scholars.
